• Daniel (Founder & Director): The original founder of Proscale Marketing, Daniel continues to lead the way by actively working in our R&D department. Drawing on a decade in the global oil and gas industry, he guides client strategy, campaign innovation, and research to ensure disciplined, measurable growth across every project.
• Joanna (Director): With her mum being English, Joanna naturally brings strong language skills to every project. She actively contributes to Proscale’s client content and oversees day-to-day operations across our 38+ brands, keeping every campaign clear, polished, and on-brand.

Performance & Sales

• Hassan (Paid Media Lead): One of the key pillars of our agency, Hassan drives media buying, optimization, and scaling — his expertise touches every major campaign and client strategy.
• Maruska (Sales Lead): Manages appointment-setting with precision and consistency.
• Charmaine S. (Content Manager): Directs campaign structure and client communication with creativity and care.
• Sajid (Campaign Support): Handles the technical execution that keeps campaigns running smoothly and efficiently.

Creative Department

• Luisa (Senior Designer): Our senior designer, Luisa brings fresh, creative ideas to every project, turning concepts into visuals that help our clients stand out.
• Sara, Alba & Cassidy (Design): The design team delivers polished, high-energy creative for social media, print, billboards, magazines, and more, making sure every campaign looks professional, cohesive, and engaging.
